Who are we?

The Learning Assistance Center is a learner-oriented service, which provides academic support and instructional resources to the students, staff and faculty of St. Mary’s University. Our services are FREE.

Come in and sign up today!

Regular Tutoring

You and the peer tutor will meet one hour a week throughout the semester. You may meet with the tutor one-to-one or with a group of students from the same class. To make the most of your sessions, attend regularly and come prepared to ask questions.

If you need short-term help with a trouble spot, call or come by the LAC to make a reservation for:
